We’re seeking to add a SERVER and a BUSSER as we open our Biergarten for the season.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL

*Have experience in the service industry

*Have a passion for craft beer

*Have consistent availability

*Be a good culture fit within the Nod Hill team.

*Be 18+

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SERVER POSITION 

* Positive, friendly & helpful disposition

* Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and keep your workplace tidy & organized

* Willingness to roll up sleeves and get in the trenches with the team

*A desire to learn about beer, our brewery and our offerings. Commitment to constant improvement.

* Able to work 2-4 shifts every week. Weekend availability required. Willingness to support your teammates when they need coverage. 

* Able to commit to training meetings once per month on a Tuesday evening from 5-6pm

 

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE BUSSER POSITION

*Can-do attitude & team-oriented work ethic

*Willingness to work up to 6 hour shifts on your feet outside in a fast-paced environment

*Available on Friday evenings, Saturday afternoons & evenings, and occasional Sunday afternoons
